Aidan is the founder and Chief Executive of Commercial Advantage.
He graduated from Oxford University in the early 1990’s and joined Procter and Gamble. After a number of commercial roles he helped set up the first ever multi-functional customer business team in Europe between P&G and Tesco.
As well as running a consumer goods manufacturer that some ex-Mckinsey consultants acquired privately from a major multi-national, he spent the next significant chunk of his career with the consumer goods practice of KPMG Consulting.
He started the journey of creating Commercial Advantage in 2004.
Aidan has worked with over 100 different consumer goods companies in developed, developing and emerging markets throughout much of the world.
He provides the vision to our clients for how they can achieve world class commercial performance and sets the direction for the Commercial Advantage organisation to ensure we build the best possible products and services.
